A REVOLUTION IN THERAPY...

See why more and more people are turning to professional cuddle therapists to help them decrease stress, improve sleep, boost immunity & promote overall feelings of happiness and well-being!

Professional cuddling is a relatively new form of therapy, but it is quickly gaining momentum and credibility both in the world of medical professionals and cuddle enthusiasts alike...

ABOUT JANA ROSE

"Thank you for taking care of yourself..."

Jana specializes in offering therapeutic cuddle sessions in her cozy Saint Paul, MN studio. She also travels regularly to serve the surrounding twin cities/metro area.

"While professional cuddle sessions are strictly platonic (think close friend or family member), I always bring an open heart along with my physical presence to a session. If you need to talk, we can talk with no fear of judgment. If you need to hold or be held, we can just focus on the wonderful warmth and comfort only physical touch can provide.

My work is about creating a safe place to share closeness, healing, connection... Providing an opportunity to practice expressing healthy love, intimacy & respect for ourselves as well as one another. Just like any other type of therapy, this is a form of self-care, and a truly powerful one at that!"

-JANA ROSE

"When we’re stressed out, our cortisol spikes—which can weaken our immune system, increase blood pressure, and generally wreak havoc on our bodies. When humans hug, cuddle, or touch, however, our brains release the neuropeptide and hormone oxytocin, which has been shown to inhibit cortisol. The more oxytocin we release, the less stressed we are."
