The next step is to schedule a First Meeting so we can get properly introduced. These usually take place onsite at one of our cuddle spaces (Minneapolis or Saint Paul, MN) and last 30 minutes to one hour. There is no cost, no strings attached. First meetings give us an opportunity to get introduced, address any questions and begin developing a friendship - this also helps to lead us into a really comfortable and cozy session.

After these steps, you are ready to begin booking cuddle sessions!

WHAT WILL MY FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?

When you come in for your first session, we will have a copy of our agreement and waiver for you to sign and date. Please be prepared to show your ID at the start of your first session. Payment is handled up front (however, if you decide to add extra time during your first session, you may pay the remaining balance when we are done).
 
When we begin our session, there will be soothing music playing in the background to set a relaxing atmosphere. We have a cozy cuddle area loaded with pillows and throw blankets for your comfort. I set a subtle timer to alert us 10 minutes before our session is up - helping us to gently "come to" from our cuddly, deeply relaxed, blissed out state. It also allows us to get in some final hugs before the end of our session. Booking follow up sessions are as simple as choosing an open time and coming out for more cuddly goodness!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear something that you feel comfortable in! 
Lounge wear, pajamas, workout clothing are all great options. Layering can be helpful to regulate body temperature when needed. Minimum required clothing is workout shorts and a tank top (underwear or boxer shorts only is not allowed).
Feel free to bring clothing to change into when you arrive as well.

I UNDERSTAND CUDDLE SESSIONS ARE PLATONIC, BUT WHAT IF MY BODY DIDN'T GET THE MEMO?

As a culture, we tend to sexualize touch between adults, so naturally some people may need a little time to adjust to the idea of cuddling as a non-sexual endeavor. This may hold true for our bodily responses as well. Experiencing arousal on a session, especially in the beginning, can be common. However, it's a perfectly natural response and is nothing to worry about. We simply reposition or refocus as needed and allow it to pass.
When we open ourselves to the experience of platonic touch, without sexual distractions, it presents us with an opportunity to discover a beautiful new state of intimacy and vulnerability together. Inviting a level of trust and closeness that many people may never have experienced before. This alone can be deeply healing.

DO YOU CUDDLE ANYONE?

Everyone deserves to experience the wonderful benefits of cuddles and unconditional love. No exceptions. I welcome people of all ages (over 18), orientations, abilities, beliefs and identities. I have experience working with the elderly and those with disabilities as well. All are welcome!

WHERE DO WE MEET FOR SESSIONS?

Most sessions take place at our lovely cuddle space in Saint Paul, MN. (Outcall services may be an option for established clients on a case by case basis.)

WHAT DOES MY PROFESSIONAL CUDDLER WEAR?

I usually wear leggings and soft, layered tops with a tank or t-shirt as a base layer. Please note that while I make a point to dress for maximum coziness on our sessions, I do NOT accept clothing, hair or makeup requests. Thank you so much for your respect and understanding.

Question 13

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your session so we can offer that time to someone else. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, that is considered a late cancellation. Half of your session cost will be charged and the other half will be credited toward your next session.
 
*Multiple late cancellations may result in a prepay requirement for booking future sessions.
