My sessions with Jana are amazing.  She is unique in her ability to be unconditionally present in the moment, thus creating a caring and safe environment to fully experience the heighted state of platonic intimacy through touch.  In my previous life, I worked in a clinical role as a therapist leveraging traditional therapeutic modalities to assist individuals with a broad spectrum of issues.  I can honestly say that Jana’s approach really gets at the core of what so many of us are experiencing – The basic need for social connectedness and physical touch.  The effects of touch rival any psychotropic medications or traditional therapies with respect to increasing oxytocin and serotonin levels, which positively impact mood, sleep, physical health, and general overall well-being.  More recently, industry trends have allowed more non-traditional approaches to addressing complex issues including pet therapy and focusing on the social determinates of health.  My hope is that touch therapy will also become more mainstream in the coming years, as the benefits of this practice become more well-known and socially accepted.
I'm not quite sure I can put into words how much of an amazing and a loving person she is. She is a great listener as well as an absolutely fabulous cuddler. Not only will you feel safe, but you can really tell she puts her whole heart into it. I recommend her to anybody whether new or old to this site! There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe Jana. Nevertheless, I will try: sensitive, caring, understanding, nonjudgmental, warm, kind, joyful, loving, encouraging, sincere, authentic, genuine. She is passionate about cuddling as a valid human need, and puts her entire spirit, soul, mind, and body into providing an empathic and yet, therapeutic cuddling session. Anyone desiring a warm, fulfilling cuddling experience needs to see her.
